Common Questions

Is there a free tier?

There is no permanent free tier. Companies with under $1M in annual vendor spend, measured by your connected accounting, get the Startup plan at $20 per month. Above that it is Standard at $150, and Pro is $300. Every workspace starts with a 30-day trial.

What is the difference between Standard and Pro?

Both plans include unlimited vendor monitoring, unlimited user seats, all six risk dimensions, and the verified peer reviews network. Both connect QuickBooks Online or NetSuite directly, and both sync daily. Pro adds CSV vendor upload alongside your ERP connection, a spend analytics dashboard, API and MCP access, priority support, and SSO.

Can I switch plans?

Yes. Move between Standard and Pro at any time, and changes take effect at the start of your next billing period. Startup is the exception: once your connected ledger crosses $1M you move to Standard and stay there.

Is there a minimum commitment?

No annual contract. All plans are month-to-month with no minimum term. Cancel any time from your account settings. Access continues through the end of the billing period you already paid for.

What happens when the trial ends?

At the end of your 30-day trial you will be prompted to choose a plan. If your connected ledger shows under $1M in annual vendor spend, that is the Startup plan at $20 per month. If you do not add billing information, monitoring pauses and your workspace goes read-only, with your scored vendor list still visible and your data retained for 90 days in case you return.
