Is there a free tier?
There is no permanent free tier. Arodus offers a 30-day trial. After the trial you choose Standard ($150 per month) or Pro ($300 per month) to continue.
What is the difference between Standard and Pro?
Both plans include unlimited vendor monitoring and unlimited user seats. Standard uses ERP-verified data connect QuickBooks Online or NetSuite and scoring begins automatically. Pro adds CSV vendor upload for teams that prefer not to grant ERP access, daily data refresh across all six risk categories, a spend analytics dashboard, MCP integration, priority support, and SSO.
Can I switch plans?
Yes. Upgrade or downgrade at any time. Changes take effect at the start of your next billing period.
Is there a minimum commitment?
No annual contract. Both plans are month-to-month with no minimum term. Cancel any time from your account settings. Access continues through the end of the billing period you already paid for.
What happens when the trial ends?
At the end of your 30-day trial you will be prompted to choose a plan. If you do not add billing information, access pauses. Your data is retained for 30 days in case you return.
Do you offer custom pricing for large organizations?
