Price scales with your vendor spend, not with features: a company paying vendors $15M a year spends $1,800 a year on Standard to watch all of them. Startup and Standard are the same product at two spend bands. Common Questions
Is there a free tier?
There is no permanent free tier. Companies with under $1M in annual vendor spend, measured by your connected accounting, get the Startup plan at $20 per month. Above that it is Standard at $150, and Pro is $300. Every plan starts with a 30-day trial; Founding Members skip it and pay $20 from day one.
What is the difference between Standard and Pro?
Both include unlimited vendor monitoring, unlimited seats, all six risk dimensions, and the verified peer reviews network, and both run on your connected QuickBooks Online or NetSuite ledger with a daily sync. Pro adds a spend analytics dashboard, CSV vendor upload, API and MCP access, SSO, and priority support. Arodus is built around the connected ledger: it finds every vendor you pay, puts your spend beside every event, and makes your reviews count toward verified ratings. Vendors added by hand or by CSV get monitored, but carry none of that.
Can I switch plans?
Yes. Move between Standard and Pro at any time, and changes take effect at the start of your next billing period. Startup is the exception: once your connected ledger crosses $1M you move to Standard and stay there.
Is there a minimum commitment?
No annual contract. All plans are month-to-month with no minimum term. Cancel any time from your account settings. Access continues through the end of the billing period you already paid for.
How does the 30-day trial work?
You add a card when you start the trial, and nothing is charged for 30 days. We email you a week before and the day before your first charge. On day 30 the trial becomes the plan you picked: Startup at $20 per month if your connected ledger shows under $1M in annual vendor spend, otherwise Standard at $150 or Pro at $300. Cancel before day 30 in Settings, Billing and you won't be charged. If a later payment fails, monitoring pauses and your workspace goes read-only, with your data kept for 90 days. Founding Members have no trial: the first $20 is charged when you join, and your seat is held for 30 days while you connect your accounting software.
