What are the six risk dimensions?

Arodus scores every vendor across cyber, financial, operational, compliance, reputational, and strategic risk. You see the complete picture, not just one slice, so your team knows which vendors to watch and which to escalate.

Can I see what other companies think of my vendors?

Yes. Arodus includes verified peer reviews tied directly to real ERP spend data. You'll see anonymous ratings from verified CFOs, Procurement Managers, and FinOps leads who actually pay the vendor, not public reviews from random users.

How does onboarding work?

Standard plan clients connect their accounting software directly. Arodus syncs your vendor and payment data automatically. Pro plan clients can upload vendor data via CSV instead, for teams that prefer not to grant direct access. Either way, your first risk insights appear within minutes.

Is my financial data secure?

Yes. All data is encrypted in transit and at rest using 256-bit AES encryption. We are SOC 2 Type II compliant (in progress). Arodus never sells or shares your vendor data. Your ERP credentials are stored with bank-level security and you can revoke access at any time.

Does Arodus help me negotiate or cut vendor costs?

Not yet. Today Arodus tells you which vendors are risky, which ones the market and your peers are souring on, and who you can switch to with confidence. Cost and negotiation tooling is on the roadmap once the network is in place.

Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a binding agreement between you, or the organization you represent ("Customer," "you"), and Arodus Inc. ("Arodus") governing access to and use of the Arodus platform and arodus.com (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you confirm you have read and agree to these Terms. If you accept on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind it.

The service

Arodus provides a subscription vendor intelligence platform that connects to your accounting or ERP system to identify, score, and monitor vendor risk across six dimensions: operational, financial, cybersecurity, compliance, reputational, and strategic, together with a network of verified peer reviews and ratings tied to real spend. The Service also includes report delivery and sharing and third-party integrations. Features depend on your plan as described at arodus.com. Arodus may modify, add, or discontinue features with reasonable notice.

Account registration

You must register with a valid business email and accurate company information. You are responsible for the confidentiality of your credentials and for activity under your account. Notify us at legal@arodus.com of suspected unauthorized access. You may not share credentials outside your organization or across unaffiliated companies.

Subscriptions and billing

Arodus offers a 30-day trial. After the trial, continued access requires a paid subscription: Standard at $150 per month or Pro at $300 per month, each including unlimited vendor monitoring and unlimited seats. Subscriptions bill monthly and renew automatically until cancelled. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period with no prorated refund. Pricing may change with 30 days written notice to active subscribers.

Your data and rights to use it

You retain ownership of all data you bring to Arodus, including ERP data, vendor lists, and payment records. You grant Arodus a limited, non-exclusive license to process that data to provide and improve the Service and to generate the aggregate, anonymized network intelligence described below and in the Privacy Policy. You represent and warrant that you have the legal right and authority to connect your ERP system and share the relevant data with Arodus, and to submit any content you provide. Upon cancellation or written request, your individual account and ERP data will be deleted within 30 days. Anonymized contributions already incorporated into aggregate network signals may persist in non-identifiable form, as described in the Privacy Policy.

User contributions and the review network

The Service lets you submit reviews, ratings, and commentary about vendors (your Contributions). You retain ownership of your Contributions and grant Arodus a worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable license to host, display, anonymize, aggregate, weight, and distribute them within the Service and network, including in anonymized but attributed form (role and verified spend band) as described in the Privacy Policy. You represent that each Contribution is your genuine, good-faith assessment based on a real paying relationship with the vendor, is truthful and not knowingly false, misleading, or defamatory, and does not disclose another party's confidential information or violate any law or agreement. You will not submit Contributions for vendors you do not pay, manipulate ratings, or post content that is unlawful, harassing, or infringing. Arodus does not endorse and is not responsible for Contributions, which reflect the opinions of the customers who post them, and Arodus may review, moderate, remove, or refuse any Contribution and may suspend accounts that violate these Terms.

Acceptable use

You may use the Service only for lawful, internal business purposes on behalf of your registered organization. You may not: resell or sublicense access; use the Service to build a competing product or to extract or reverse-engineer scoring logic, ratings data, or the network; scrape, harvest, or bulk-export network data beyond your own entitlements; disrupt or probe the infrastructure; or use the Service in violation of law. Material breach may result in suspension or termination without refund.

Third-party services and integrations

The Service connects to third-party systems you authorize, such as ERP systems, Slack, and Zapier, and relies on third-party data sources. Your use of those third parties is governed by their terms, and Arodus is not responsible for their availability, accuracy, or acts. Risk and rating outputs depend in part on third-party data that Arodus does not control and does not guarantee.

Intellectual property

Arodus and its licensors own all rights in the Service, including the platform, scoring methodology, algorithms, software, aggregate network data, and brand. These Terms grant only a limited right to use the Service during your subscription. You may not copy, reproduce, or create derivative works from Arodus content or software. Feedback you provide may be used by Arodus without obligation.

Confidentiality

Each party will keep the other's non-public business information confidential and not disclose it without consent, except as required by law. Arodus treats your ERP data and identifiable inputs as confidential, and you treat Arodus's non-public methodology and platform architecture as confidential. These obligations survive termination for three years.

Disclaimers

The Service is provided as-is and as-available. Arodus disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Arodus does not warrant that the Service will be error-free or uninterrupted, or that scores, ratings, or signals will be accurate or complete. Vendor intelligence, scores, and reviews are informational only, reflect data and third-party opinions Arodus does not control, and do not constitute legal, financial, credit, or procurement advice. You are responsible for your own vendor decisions.

Limitation of liability

Arodus's total liability arising from these Terms or the Service will not exceed the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim. Arodus will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits or data loss, even if advised of the possibility. Where law does not allow certain exclusions, they apply to the maximum extent permitted.

Indemnification

You will indemnify and hold harmless Arodus and its officers, directors, and employees from claims, losses, and damages (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your violation of these Terms, your misuse of the Service, your Contributions, your breach of law, or your data or content infringing or violating the rights of a third party.

Term and termination

These Terms remain in effect while your account is active. Arodus may suspend or terminate access immediately for material breach or non-payment, with notice. You may cancel any time from your account settings, and access continues through the end of the billing period. On termination, your data is handled per the Privacy Policy.

Dispute resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Disputes will be resolved by binding arbitration in Delaware under AAA rules, except either party may seek injunctive relief in court. You waive any right to bring or participate in a class action.

Third-party content and links

The Service displays headlines, publication metadata, and links to third-party publications. Arodus does not reproduce, store, or display the body text of third-party articles. Linked content is governed by the publisher's own terms; Arodus is not responsible for third-party content, paywalls, or availability. Publisher names and headlines are used for attribution and identification only and do not imply endorsement.

Reported (unverified) information

Certain items in the Service are labeled “Reported” or “Unverified.” These reflect the existence of third-party reporting or claims and are not statements of fact by Arodus, are not verified by Arodus, and do not affect risk scores. Customers should not rely on unverified items as factual findings.

Risk scores and evidence

Risk scores are computed exclusively from evidence Arodus classifies as official records or first-party statements, per the published methodology, with the reputational-dimension exception described there. Scores are informational analyses, not certifications, credit decisions, or professional advice.

Corrections and removals

Where a third-party publication is retracted or removed at the source, Arodus removes the corresponding link. Events anchored to official records remain, citing the record.

Forecasts and market-implied probabilities

Certain items in the Service display probabilities derived from third-party prediction markets, labeled as forecasts. These reflect market prices at a point in time, are not predictions, opinions, or statements of fact by Arodus, are not verified, and never affect risk scores. Forecast items are archived when the underlying market resolves, with the outcome recorded.

General

These Terms and the Privacy Policy are the entire agreement regarding the Service. If a provision is unenforceable, the rest remains in force. Failure to enforce a right is not a waiver. You may not assign these Terms without Arodus's written consent. Arodus may update these Terms with 30 days notice, and continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
