Feature breakdown and roadmap

Six risk dimensions. Every data source. The full picture.

Arodus scores every vendor across operational, financial, cybersecurity, compliance, reputational, and strategic risk, pulling from public signal feeds, ERP payment history, and verified buy-side peer reviews. Risk and reviews aren't separate features here: each makes the other earlier, which is what turns scores and reviews into vendor intelligence. This page documents every source, every scoring rule, and what ships next.

Data ingestion

Connected at the transaction layer.

Arodus reads directly from your accounting software to build and maintain your vendor list. Your vendors enter the system exactly as they appear in your books, then resolve to canonical profiles so the same vendor never splits across multiple records.

ERP integrations

QuickBooks Online and NetSuite

Direct integration with both major platforms, read-only and scoped to your vendors. Arodus builds your vendor list and verifies spend history from your books. The same scope maps to every platform on the roadmap, so coverage expands without a new permissions model.

Sync cadence

Daily sync, on every plan.

Most companies check on a vendor once a year. Arodus re-scores yours every morning: new outages, reviews, and network spend show up within a day. Every plan gets the same data; tiers change what you can do with it.

Your accounting connection and the external record feeds both run on a daily cycle, on every plan. Books rarely close daily, so pulling the ledger more often would not tell you anything new. What does move in real time is the network: vendor outages, peer reviews, and network spend shifting on a vendor you pay. You see those as they land. The score itself updates once a day. You see those as they land. The score itself updates once a day.

Vendor deduplication

Canonical vendor mapping

Raw ERP names like "AWS - East" or "Amazon Web Services Inc" resolve to a single canonical vendor profile. Spend rolls up correctly regardless of how the vendor was entered in your books, so your risk scores reflect the real relationship behind the name.

Tenant isolation

Strict logical separation per client

Every client's data is isolated at the application layer. A routing table in the common database ensures no cross-contamination between accounts. When a client requires a dedicated database instance, the routing layer points to a separate instance without any product changes.

General

ERP sync

Connect QuickBooks Online or NetSuite once. Arodus reads your vendor list and payment history automatically.

Ledger-verified scope

Arodus only works with the vendors you actually pay, read straight from your books. No manual lists to maintain.

Automated reporting

Scheduled reports run automatically against saved dashboard views and arrive without any manual exports.

Report formats

Export any report as a formatted PDF, a raw CSV, or a shareable auth-gated webpage snapshot.

Delivery channels

Reports and alerts land in email and in-app. Pro routes them to Slack or any downstream tool via Zapier.

Free viewer access

Share any report via 1-click SSO. Recipients can view it without an Arodus account of their own.

Security

Encrypted in transit with TLS 1.2+ and at rest with AES-256, SOC 2 in progress, and per-client data isolation.

Plans & seats

Startup at $20/mo, Standard at $150/mo, Pro at $300/mo. Every plan includes unlimited vendors, unlimited seats, and a 30-day trial.

Shared monitoring

Vendors you share with other customers are scored once and served to all of you. Coverage deepens as the network grows.

Ask Arodus

Ask about any vendor in plain language from the header on any page. Pull a risk breakdown, find what changed, or start a report without building a filter. It answers from your live data and shows the rows behind every answer, then hands you off to the real feed. Read-only: it surfaces and links, you take every action.

Risk

Vendor risk scoring and monitoring

Score and watch every vendor you pay across six dimensions of risk.

Six-dimension scoring

Operational, financial, cybersecurity, compliance, reputational, and strategic. One score per dimension, per vendor.

100-down model

Every vendor starts at 100. Verified signals only subtract. No questionnaires, no self-attestation.

Event Feed

Outages, downtime alerts, and risk events for the vendors in your books, color-coded by type.

Network events

What's moving across the network, surfaced before it reaches you.

Vendor health status

A current health status on every vendor, updated as new signals arrive.

Event comments

Anonymized, spend-verified commentary on each event as it posts.

Pulse

Verified peer reviews

Reviews backed by real spend, from the buyers who actually pay, on every vendor.

Verified peer reviews

Ratings from buyers with verified ERP spend on that vendor. No spend, no weight.

Spend-weighted scoring

Larger relationships move the aggregate more than small ones, so real dependency shapes trust.

Ratings follow the money

A rating's weight is the money behind it. Departing buyers fade out over twelve months, so scores lean toward who pays now.

Anonymous but accountable

Names stay private; each reviewer's role and verified spend band are shown.

Vendor replies and disputes

Companies can reply publicly and dispute events with evidence, and neither moves the score until Arodus resolves the dispute.
