Data ingestion

Arodus reads directly from your accounting software to build and maintain your vendor list. Your vendors enter the system exactly as they appear in your books, then resolve to canonical profiles so the same vendor never splits across multiple records.

Raw ERP names like "AWS - East" or "Amazon Web Services Inc" resolve to a single canonical vendor profile. Spend rolls up correctly regardless of how the vendor was entered in your books. Your risk scores reflect the true relationship, not the label variation.

Strict logical separation per client
Every client's data is isolated at the application layer. A routing table in the common database ensures no cross-contamination between accounts. When a client requires a dedicated database instance, the routing layer points to a separate instance without any product changes.
